On May 14, the Poltava District Court continued its removal from the post of the head of the humanitarian department of the Machukhiv community, which is suspected of frauds with budgetary funds during the purchase of modular shelters for kindergartens. It will remain removed until July 12.
The court also obliged the suspect to appear on calls, not to change their place of residence without notification, and to refrain from communicating with other persons involved in the case.
What is known about the scheme
In 2023, the official organized the purchase of three modular shelves for kindergartens:

for "fairy tale" - for 80 people for UAH 2.2 million,

For "Bell" - also for 80 people for UAH 2.2 million.
The total cost of purchases is UAH 5.7 million.
According to the investigation, the last two shelters could be purchased at inflated prices, because the official created the conditions of the tender so that only one intermediary, not the direct manufacturer - LLC "Power of Reinforced concrete products" Road and energy structures ". This could allow you to sell a mark with a margin.
Another episode is possible forgery. Investigators suggest that the head of the humanitarian department has signed the acts of completed works before the actual delivery of shelters to the garden.
The amount of direct losses for the community is currently estimated at over UAH 600 thousand.
