An employee of the TCC in Lviv will continue his service after being arrested for driving under the influence of drugs

In the city of Yavorov, Lviv region, an employee of the district trade and commission center (TCC) Roman G. was stopped while driving a car in a state that indicated drug intoxication.

Despite this incident, he will continue to hold his position in the TCC.

The soldier refused to undergo a medical examination, citing that he was in a hurry... In court, he pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, received a fine of UAH 17,000 and was banned from driving for a year.

But he was not expelled from the TCC, because according to the new order of the Ministry of Defense, with mental and behavioral disorders caused by the abuse of psychoactive substances, and addiction syndrome with moderate or mild mental disorders, he is suitable for service in the TCC and SP.
