Last week, representatives of the US State Department got acquainted with the elements of the plan for Ukraine's victory in the war against Russia, developed by the Ukrainian leadership. This was announced by State Department spokesman Matthew Miller at a briefing, noting that the plan was discussed during the visit of the American delegation to Kyiv.
Miller noted that the United States shares the assessment of the situation expressed by Linda Thomas-Greenfield, the US ambassador to the United Nations. According to a representative of the State Department, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing to personally present his victory plan to US President Joe Biden in the coming days and weeks. Miller added that until this meeting, the American side will refrain from detailed comments on the plan.

Washington emphasizes that there is no single element or weapon that can independently resolve the conflict. However, the US and other allies will continue to support Ukraine, including discussing long-range weapons supplies during the UN General Assembly next week. "There are a number of possibilities that together can help Ukraine win the war," Miller emphasized.
According to the spokesperson, the US continues to evaluate what additional capabilities and tactics can be provided to Ukraine. When it is confirmed that it is in the interests of both countries, assistance will be provided.
Four main points of the plan
President Zelensky plans to present to Biden four main points of the victory plan, as well as an additional point necessary for the post-war period. According to BILD , the plan may include strikes deep into Russia, but the Ukrainian side denied information about a possible agreement to a temporary ceasefire or "freezing" of the conflict. The President's Office called such rumors fake.
Zelenskyi emphasized that the plan concerns issues of security, the geopolitical situation of Ukraine, the necessary military support and the freedom of choice regarding its use. In addition, he touched on the topic of economic support, which is also an important element of the plan.
According to Miller, the United States expects Ukraine to win the war, continuing to provide billions of dollars in aid. This assistance, together with the heroism of the Ukrainian military, allowed Ukraine to recapture most of the territories captured by Russia in the first days of the war.
