In Ukraine, the scandals surrounding TCC employees and their "methods" of mobilization do not subside. Men continue to be simply "packaged" on the street, and against this background, stories of incredible enrichment of military commissars during the war emerge. The Armed Forces criticize the critics of the TCC, asserting that they are treated as enemies. At the same time, experts suggest changes to mobilization.
Scandals with TCC and mobilization
Ukrainians in different parts of the country continue to record on video how employees of the TCC forcefully "pack" men into bundles right in the middle of the streets. In particular, one of these detainees attempted suicide. Clashes between military commissars and conscripts lead to fights and even knives and axes.
So, recently in Odesa, representatives of the TCC tried to remove a man from a minibus, because he showed a certificate of disability, and the soldier wanted to see his military ID. Moreover, the TCC employee stated that the provided documents were fake.
At the same time, in Lviv, the military commissars organized a whole manhunt for the man. Users on the Internet reported that the fugitive was caught and added a video as proof. Later, explanations of this same guy appear in social networks. After he got to the TCC, his data was checked and he was released. The man said that he has no complaints against the employees of the picking center.
A similar situation occurred in Chernivtsi. There, the man was forcibly pushed into the bus. Four people in uniform at once - for one conscript.
If the representatives of the TCC cannot catch up with their "two", they simply press them with a car. The shocking footage was filmed in the city of Buchach in the Ternopil region, the Network assures.
A video from the Sumy region appeared on the Internet, in which employees of the TCC engage in a fight with a local civilian. The incident happened in the city of Shostka. The footage shows three men. One of them suddenly pushes a civilian and he falls. After that, the man got up, took out his phone to record the number of the car, but was kicked in the chest area. After that, two people in military uniform attacked the civilian and started kicking him.
In Transcarpathia, a 28-year-old man from Kharkiv almost committed suicide after he encountered representatives of the TCC. He accused the employees of the Khust Military Committee of kidnapping, beating and leading to a suicide attempt.
The man was detained by border guards at the Vynogradov Hotel, not far from the Hungarian border. He was suspected of trying to leave the country illegally and was handed over to the Military Commissariat. After refusing to pass the VEK, the man was taken to the Khust TCC. There, the man from Kharkiv claims, the workers beat him brutally, so he swallowed tranquilizers and began to cut his veins in order to commit suicide. The man is currently in the hospital. The military prosecutor's office and the police took up the high-profile case.
One of the latest high-profile scandals with the TCC is the kidnapping of volunteer Kyryl Taran in Lviv. On March 16, his wife Violetta posted a video on the Internet, where it can be seen that people in uniform forcibly detained a volunteer in the middle of the street and pushed him into a bouse. The woman claimed that during the incident, TCC workers tore Kirill's jacket and pants, and also broke his glasses and phone. According to the wife, no summonses were served to her husband at the place of detention. Already in the morning after Kirill's detention, they took him to the training ground in Rivne without passing the VLC (because he refused).
After the story was publicized, the man was released, but the story did not end there. The Lviv Regional TCC reported that a criminal case has been opened against Taran because he did not appear on March 20 on a summons to pass the VLC. The Military Commissariat clarified that the man did not give valid reasons for his non-appearance.
The volunteer reacted to the statement of the TCC and assured that it was all a fake. Kyrylo wrote on the Web that on March 19, his lawyer sent a statement by mail to the Military Commissariat with a request to consider his non-appearance as valid. The doctor's medical reports about the volunteer's illness were attached to the application to confirm the seriousness of the reason for his absence.
