The new working week will begin with frosts, which will noticeably intensify on February 10. At night, the temperature will drop to -5°…-9°, and during the day in most regions it will remain within 0°…-5°. However, in the western regions, in particular in Transcarpathia, warming to +5° is forecasted during the day.
In general, dry weather is expected across Ukraine, with only occasional cloudy skies possible.

- Odessa : Partly cloudy, temperature at night -5°, during the day 0°.
- Kharkiv : Cloudy, -8° at night, -4° during the day.
- Dnipro : Cloudy with clearings, -6° at night, -2° during the day.

The warmest weather today will be in western Ukraine: in Lviv, Ternopil and Uzhhorod, clear weather is expected in the afternoon with temperatures up to +6°. In the east and north, such as in Kharkiv, Kramatorsk and Chernihiv, frosts will be stronger - from -8° at night to -3° during the day.
The eastern regions will be dominated by cloudy weather, but without precipitation. At the same time, in the central and southern regions, such as Mykolaiv and Kherson, it will be practically cloudless with daytime temperatures around 0°.
