Recently, there has been an increase in massive Russian missile attacks on the territory of Ukraine, while the intervals between attacks are becoming shorter. According to the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ilya Yevlash, this dynamic is connected with the efforts of the Russian troops to find weak points in the Ukrainian air defense system.
During the telethon, Yevlash noted that the enemy is targeting infrastructure facilities. "The shelling is becoming a considerable reality. The enemy is improving its methods and actively insists on attacks on infrastructure facilities. The reasons for such actions are multifaceted and include various factors," he emphasized.
The spokesman of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces explained that the Russian troops are systematically changing their tactics, trying to find weak points in the defense of Ukraine. "The enemy is constantly adjusting its actions, looking for weak points in our air defense system," he added.
In addition, Yevlash emphasized that the occupying forces continue to operate on the territory of Ukraine, as their goal is to destabilize the situation in the country. "The enemy's main goal is to destabilize the country and force Ukraine to make non-standard decisions," he said.
The official also emphasized that the Ukrainian military continues to actively monitor and eliminate missiles and other enemy threats.
