The infamous former prosecutor Rostislav Ilnitsky again was in the spotlight - this time because of bypassing legitimate procedures during his "mobilization" to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As it turned out, his appointment took place on a direct order of the Chief of General Staff Anatoly Bargilevich - in violation of the standard hierarchy of military administration.
Former MP Igor Mosiychuk reported this, citing sources in military structures.
Ilnitsky, who became a symbol of impunity after a loud wedding in the five -star Emily Resort during the war and escape abroad on counterfeit documents, avoided both criminal liability and service at the front. His "mobilization" is nothing more than a new scheme for avoiding punishment.
At first Ilnitsky was assigned to the Khust district shopping center in Transcarpathia. Now it turned out that it was bypassing official channels. The documents were to pass through General Vladimir Shvediuk - commander of OK "West", but was completely expelled from the process. The order was signed directly by Bargilevich, probably on the submission of the head of the staff department of the General Staff of Colonel Roman Gorbach.
This is not the first time that high -ranking officials at the Center for suspicious personnel decisions. A similar scheme was exposed earlier in the case of Colonel Gamanenko, who allegedly sold the military to the rear of 250 thousand hryvnias.
After a scandal was rose around Ilnitsky's service, he was not released from the Armed Forces from the Armed Forces, but transferred ... to another rear position. From April 14, he has been the post of commander of the platoon and deputy commander of the anti -aircraft machine gun in the A4918 military unit in Khmelnytskyi. It is a 646 separate anti-aircraft-gun battalion that works in the deep rear.
According to sources, Ilnitsky moves calmly by the country, is at home and is not limited in freedom, despite the "frozen" criminal proceedings. It seems that for him they created a separate safety corridor - with the direct involvement of high -ranking officials of the General Staff.
Public resonance is increasing, because Ilnitsky is not just a single case. It is a mirror of a systemic problem: against the background of war and loss, some "their people" continue to live with impunity, using ties in high offices.
