An extraordinary incident took place in Chernivtsi, when a man decided to take a radical way to evade military service, jumping out of the window of the building of the territorial recruitment and social support center. This extraordinary decision led to the man's hospitalization in an emergency medical hospital in Chernivtsi.
The incident happened on Thursday, December 28, in the premises of the Chernivtsi city TCC and SP. According to the media, the man, who is 43 years old, decided to take extreme measures, choosing to escape through a window on the second floor.
The director of the center of emergency medical aid and disaster medicine, Volodymyr Yelenev, confirmed the fact of the incident and said that the man was taken to the emergency medical hospital in Chernivtsi. According to preliminary data, the victim is in a state of consciousness and is under the supervision of specialists of the neurosurgery department.
