The Security Service of Ukraine detained two FSB agents who collected coordinates for future rocket-okola attacks in Kyiv and Rivne regions. The purpose was to combat units, military hospitals and the places of treatment of wounded Ukrainian defenders.
According to the SBU, the detention took place simultaneously in two regions - in Kiev and Rivne. Both defendants were exposed when trying to remove military objects. One of the agents is a 24-year-old handyman from Kiev, the other is a 32-year-old deserter that was hiding in the west of the country.
Both worked autonomously, not knowing about each other, but had a common coordinator - an employee of the occupying "FSB Management in Crimea and Sevastopol", whose identity was already installed by the Cyberfachivtsi of the SBU.
The purpose of agents is to collect the exact coordinates of the third assault brigade of the Armed Forces, military hospitals and locations of the Ukrainian units. According to the instructions of the curator, the attackers resorted to conspiracy - removed military objects under the guise of telephone conversations, using two separate phones: one - for fixing locations, the other - to communicate with FSB through anonymous messengers.
Due to the early detection, the SBU took counterintelligence measures and took measures to protect all the objects that could be threatened.
Both spies have been declared suspicion of treason in martial law. They are now in custody. They are threatened with life imprisonment with the confiscation of property.
The SBU continues to document the Curator's actions with the FSB and checks that the coordinates of other sensitive objects have been transferred.
