On the night of June 3, the Russian occupiers staged a massive rocket attack on the Zmiyiv community of the Kharkiv region. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov, said that holiday homes were damaged as a result of the attack, and there were victims and wounded.
"The enemy fired at least five rockets at the community after midnight, which resulted in hits on the territory of the recreation complex. One civilian was killed, the data on the victims is being clarified," he said.
Also, two civilians were injured, a man and a woman, Sinegubov added.
"The buildings of the recreation center were damaged," he added.
Earlier, shortly after midnight on June 3, the townspeople heard explosions in Kharkiv. Local residents determined that they came from outside the city. In connection with this, an air alert was announced in the Kharkiv region, warning of the threat of enemy airstrikes and missile fire.
