Russian troops attacked the Kherson cancer center: patients and staff managed to hide

On Saturday, the Russian military struck the Kherson cancer center with two guided aerial bombs. As a result of the shelling, the building of the medical institution suffered significant destruction, however, thanks to operational actions, the patients and medical staff managed to go down to the shelter, which saved their lives.

"Yesterday evening, Russian troops carried out another terrorist attack on a medical facility - they hit the Kherson Regional Cancer Center with two guided air bombs," the Ministry of Health reported on social media.

The building of the medical facility, according to the Ministry of Health, "suffered significant destruction."

"Fortunately, the patients and medical workers were in shelter and were not injured," the Ministry of Health said.
