Russia has confirmed the first attack by ATACMS missiles on its territory

The Russian side officially confirmed the first case of the use of American ATACMS missiles on its territory, which happened at night in the Bryansk region. This happened after the Ukrainian mass media reported on an attack on an ammunition warehouse located on the territory of Russia.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation declares that five such missiles were shot down and one more was damaged. Debris fell on the "technical territory of the military facility", causing a fire.

A video of the alleged launch of these missiles appeared in Ukrainian media.

It will be recalled that the General Staff of Ukraine did not confirm the launch of ATACMS.

At the same time, today, after the "long-range" authorization from the USA, Russia finally approved its new nuclear doctrine and declared that Ukraine's use of American ATACMS against the Russian Federation could cause a nuclear response.
