Russian occupation troops launched a large -scale offensive campaign, said the military expert, the stock of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexei Hetman. In a comment to RBC-Ukraine, he explained that it was about activating the enemy in several directions of the front, where it would seem that it was impossible to step.
According to the expert, Ukraine is already watching the actions of the enemy, which correspond to the beginning of the summer phase of the offensive. In particular, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky spoke about the expected threats.
" Chief said this that we expect the North-South Slobozhansky direction, perhaps the southern direction-Zaporizhzhya and Kherson, and obviously it is the Kupyansky-Limansk direction.
In this case, the expert warns: to predict where the main blow will be, it is difficult - the Russians throw troops along the front line, concentrating forces where they see a chance for a breakthrough.
" There are no secret reserves. The troops move along the front line and create numerical benefits there, trying to sell the front lines ," the hetman explained.
He also emphasized that any offensive always has some advance. The only question is how deep the breakthrough will be and what the loss will be.
" It was not such a way that the army that was being prepared was started and not advanced, it was not in history, " the expert summed up.
We will remind, in April, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Alexander Sirsky declared the active actions of the enemy in the North Slobozhansky direction, which was already part of the strategic plan of Russian troops for the summer. Now these actions are intensifying.
