Russia has found new ways to counter Ukrainian attacks on its ports. This was stated by former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Naval Forces of Ukraine Andriy Ryzhenko on the air of the telethon.
According to him, the "Pantsir" air defense systems, which the Russians placed in the ports, helped to protect the ships.
He stated that the Russians had previously lost up to 30 ships, boats and supply vessels. But now it has become much more difficult to impress them because of Pantsyri.
