"Preliminarily, the hit occurred in a residential area of the city, in a dense civilian building. All relevant services are working at the place of impact," the message reads. Later, the mayor clarified that the blow fell on a construction hypermarket.

Monitoring chats report that the attack could have been carried out by Russian terrorists using KAB. A few hours before, a Russian reconnaissance drone was spotted in the sleeping area.
After the explosion, thick black smoke rose into the sky. Local telegram channels report that the blow fell on "Epicenter".
