Citizen of Ukraine Valentin Semeha, who is on the international wanted on charges of fraud and banditry, has no connection with the National Police of Ukraine.
According to the portal of the ARD, citing sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Semeha does not work in any subdivision of law enforcement agencies, although he tried to seek himself for a police officer.

Earlier, Semeha, known under the call sign "Gnomik", tried to join the united assault brigade of the National Police "Fury". However, he was unable to pass the probationary period due to insufficient physical fitness and low level of social responsibility.
Nevertheless, on his Facebook page, he spreads false information about alleged work in the National Police. In addition, his profile has photos and videos that confirm his stay in September 2024 on the France's Azure Coast. There he rode at Lamborghini in the company of Russian criminal authority Leonid Bilunov, known under the nickname "Mcintosh".
Fragrant Scheme: Lowing money under the pretext of harvesting on the Armed Forces
According to French law enforcement officers, Semeha and his accomplices are trusting in victims, using the topic of fundraising in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Under this pretext, they exalt hundreds of thousands of euros in cryptocurrency. Those who stop transferring money, fraudsters threaten to transfer information about donations to Russian power structures.
It is noteworthy that even the famous Russian "thief in the law" Leonid Bilunov ("Mcintosh") was the victim of the Semeha scam. The money he listed, which allegedly had to go to the help of the Ukrainian military, used the fraudster in his own interests.
According to investigators, after exposing this fact, the Russian criminal world began to show increased interest in Semeha. It is known that after the disappearance from France, he tries to avoid appearing in public.
Law enforcement officers are currently continuing to search for a fraudster, and its fraud is being drawn more and more international attention.
