A tragic suicide occurred in the premises of one of the regional territorial procurement centers (TCC) in Poltava Oblast. According to the regional TCC, a man who was brought by the police hanged himself yesterday at the gathering point for conscripts. The incident caused concern and became the subject of law enforcement authorities' attention.
No signs of violence were found.
He refused to pass the VLK, about which an act was drawn up. He was previously sentenced to a suspended sentence for draft evasion.
