The Security Service of Ukraine detained the owner of the underground IT company in Ivano-Frankivsk, who worked on the Russian occupation administration in the Kherson region. According to the investigation, the man developed web resources to order a collaborator Mikhail Spir - the Deputy Minister of Digital Development and the Propaganda Propagandist.
According to the SBU Office in Ivano-Frankivsk region, it was the Spir that is currently hiding on the Left Bank of Kherson region that attracted the suspect in the creation of a fake "human rights" site. The resource was to discredit Ukrainian activists and was created under the guise of digitalization of services for the occupied territory.
The Frankivsk Aiter also developed a personal website of Spir, which he used for self -pring and the spread of Kremlin propaganda. In addition, the person involved in more than 40 orders from Russian commercial companies, receiving payment through cryptocurrency and intermediaries from the countries of the former USSR.
"In fact, he launched an underground IT business that served Russian customers during the war," the SBU noted.
During the searches in the office, the apartment of the person involved and at the addresses of the company employees, law enforcement officers seized computers, phones, bank cards, rough records and other evidence of illegal activity.
The Avita was detained. He is charged with the absence of the aggressor state (Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). If the blame is proved, the attacker faces up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
