Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Serhiy Boev was spotted in an extremely compromising situation - in the car of the Ukrainian consul in Poland, he had an intimate relationship with his colleague at the ministry, Natalia Kurovska. The incident occurred in the presence of the consul himself and another employee of the diplomatic mission, reports the Yellow Snow Telegram channel.
According to the publication, the incident occurred on October 16, when the Ukrainian delegation was returning from the Ramstein meeting. Due to the lack of official cars, assistance was provided by diplomats who drove the delegation members to the Ukrainian border in their own vehicles. It was in one of these cars that Boev and Kurovska allowed themselves to behave “too close.”
Eyewitnesses tried to ignore the scene in the back seat, but eventually they couldn't stand it and asked for it to stop, emphasizing that such behavior was unacceptable — especially in a company car. Despite the fact that the situation was temporarily calmed down, the information quickly leaked to the media.
Serhiy Boev is a native of Alchevsk, educated in the United States, and worked in British offices of international financial companies. After returning to Ukraine, he held senior positions at Ukrgazvydobuvannya and Naftogaz, and later became Deputy Minister of Defense.
His colleague Natalya Kurovska is the deputy head of the procurement policy department of the Ministry of Defense, known as a subordinate of former deputy minister Dmitry Klimenkov. However, her past raises no less questions: criminal cases were opened against her related to involving people in prostitution through the WhatsApp group "Love is" that she created with her husband.
Kurovsky's declaration looks modest, but she uses a Lexus NX 300 registered to her unemployed mother, who also owns the property. The Kurovsky family is originally from Russia, and according to the border guard, they have repeatedly visited the Russian Federation, Belarus, and the occupied territories.
Her husband, Oleksandr Kurovsky, is involved in a human trafficking case — specifically, the recruitment of women for sexual exploitation in Morocco. Despite this, he also worked for the Ministry of Defense.
The story caused a wide resonance - both because of the moral side of the officials' behavior and because of the issue of the integrity of representatives of the defense department, who should have been an example of dignity and discipline.
