The Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry seems to have received a new monopolistic center of influence, created under the auspices of the State Service and Security Service of Ukraine. The Dobrobut-Licub Laboratory, which appeared in 2023, almost instantly began to receive government orders for checking the quality of medicines. However, the main intrigue is that its owners have nothing to do with pharmaceuticals, but have close ties with the management of the State Service and the SBU.
The laboratory certified by the State Service of the State Service was created by entrepreneurs by Dmitry Ustik and Irina Ponomarenko, who had previously been engaged in construction. According to Ustik himself, he is "not a chemist" and has no relationship to the process of examination. But when the journalists tried to find out who actually managed the laboratory, they suddenly found themselves in the office of the head of the State Service of the State Service of Roman Isaenko and the SBU employee Valentin Ovramets - people who directly influence the distribution of orders in the field of pharmaceutical control.
It was found out that Dmitry Ustik performed construction work for some time at one of the objects purchased by the Ovramets family, and Irina Ponomarenko has family ties with the head of the State Service. In addition, Dobrobut-Licublace is registered in a premises owned by Ovraman's mother-in-law. Igor Lesik - the former subordinate of Roman Isayenko in the State Service, became the deputy in the laboratory.
After the launch of "well-being-ticklab" in the family involved in the scheme of people began to appear expensive assets. For example, Valentina Ovramets in 2023 purchased a house in Kiev, and in 2024 she became the owner of two hectares of land in Yablunytsya - a resort village near Bukovel. The Ovrama wife in 2024 purchased 40 acres of land in foresters - one of the most expensive suburbs of the capital.
The SBU press service, commenting on these acquisitions, stated that the funds were received from the "business that the Ovramets family led several generations." However, the documentary confirmation of this could not be found.
The situation with the head of the State Service Roman Isaenko looks even more strange. Journalists have repeatedly recorded how he left the luxurious estate in the village of Novi Bezradichi, which was not stated in his declaration. Formally, the estate belongs to his mother -in -law and test, and his market value can reach $ 300,000. Isayenko himself, commenting on this fact, stated that he could simply "be" in the house and that he did not know anything about the origin of funds for his purchase.
Thus, the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine draws another corruption scheme. The State Service submits an order for medication to the laboratory that actually belongs to its chairman and the SBU employee. The owners of paper were persons who have no experience in medicine or pharmaceutical, but have personal connections with high -ranking officials.
It seems that Dobrobut-Licablab has become another example of how officials use state structures to create their own businesses, designing them on false persons. At the same time, this scheme is not only about money - it directly affects the quality of medicines in Ukraine. After all, the laboratory, which is controlled not by experts, but people who are not "chemists" are responsible for the safety of medicines that get to pharmacies and hospitals.
So far, none of the involvement has been responsible, and Dobrobut-Licablab continues to receive new contracts from the State Service. Whether there will be an investigation into this scheme.
