Significant increase in departures and returns of Ukrainian youth to Poland

In September, Polish border guards recorded a significant increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens aged 18-22 who entered Poland. This was reported by the Polish border service in response to a request from zaxid.net.

From August 28 to September 28, more than 56,000 Ukrainians of this age category entered Poland, while more than 19,200 people left for Ukraine. Compared to August, the number of entries increased more than tenfold, and exits - 3.5 times.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine explained that official statistics on the departure or return of men aged 18-22 are currently not kept, since such information is not provided for by current legislation.
