Ukrainian singer Anastasia Prykhodko reacted sharply to the language scandal that erupted after her publication in Russian.
The artist made emotional statements on her Telegram channel. She emphasized that Russian propaganda about "protecting Russian-speakers" has nothing to do with the real situation in Ukraine:
«Putin doesn't choose targets, he destroys everyone! He flies into apartment buildings, kindergartens, hospitals, maternity hospitals. When everyone understands that they need land, not someone, a bitch, to free or protect».
Prykhodko emphasized that she remains living in Ukraine and has the right to independently determine her position, without "chasing after likes" on the language issue.
" For me, everyone who has a passport of a citizen of Ukraine is Ukrainian! Period! Everyone decides for themselves what to do and how to live! And remember: they want to kill us every single day. Find a moment for goodness, for faith in God, for prayer! Don't waste your golden time on banal shit ," the singer wrote.
Recall, the reason for the scandal appeared after Prikhodko congratulated her lover on the anniversary of their relationship in Russian. This caused a wave of indignation among some users on social networks.
