The famous Ukrainian singer Zlata Ognevich told why she has not yet become a mother and does not plan it in the near future. As it turned out, the causes are deeper than a career or desire for freedom - its decision was influenced by a family tragedy.
In an interview with Marichka Padalko, the artist shared his memories of his older brother, whom she had never seen - he died when he was only six years old. The tragedy happened in Kryvyi Rih: the boy dropped his mother's eyes.
“I was not born yet. But all these injuries of the mother are subconsciously transmitted to the baby. These conversations that took place as a child ... I knew that there was a tragedy, but I didn't know what exactly. My mom lost a baby because we had a terrible tragedy in our family. When my brother was six years old, he drove in my mother's eyes, ”the singer said.
Ognevich confessed that the news about the death of children is always affected by her particularly painful, and this further distinguishes the thoughts of her own motherhood.
“I always respond very painfully to when children are killed. It just breaks me out. I imagine that it can be my baby. I - to give birth? Not something! ” Said the artist.
Although she once thought about adoption, she now believes that it should only be done with a reliable partner.
“I also thought about it, but in my opinion, it should be done with a partner. The child should have either a father or a mom who will love her. This is a luxury for children from a kindergarten. But this is a very difficult topic, ”Ognevich explained.
Zlata also confessed that she worked a lot with a psychotherapist and eventually decided to temporarily postpone the topic of children - not only for emotional reasons, but also for a rich schedule.
"I wish to give birth to a baby, but not so that it was strongly," the singer summarized.
