The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, addressed the public with a warning about sending fake messages from his Telegram account. According to Stefanchuk, he has not used this messenger for almost three years for ideological reasons.

On October 3 this year, users from various countries reported a failure in Telegram. There were problems with sending messages, authentication, voice calls, and connecting to the server.
Telegram later reported that the recent outages were caused by extreme load due to events in Israel, Lebanon and Iran. The company said that all connectivity and media access issues have been fully resolved.
