The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court approved the Agreement on the Consecment concluded between the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office and the accused Alexei Bilenky - a person involved in the case of large -scale abuse during the procurement for Ukrzaliznychpostach SE in 2014-2016.
Bilenky, a citizen of Ukraine and Bulgaria, fled to Bulgaria, but later admitted guilt, agreed to cooperate with the investigation and pledged to transfer UAH 8 million to support the Armed Forces.
According to the VAKS verdict, Bilenky participated in the scheme with an overestimation of prices for cephalo products, which was purchased through a number of companies controlled by him - Incomm LLC, LLC "Alevarus" and Luksven LLC. As a result of the equipment, according to the prosecution, the state caused losses of more than UAH 41 million.
Within the framework of the agreement, Bilenky provided revealing indications on other participants in the scheme, as well as referred to mitigating circumstances: participation in hostilities, disability of group III, and compensation for losses within other cases.
The court appointed him 5 years in prison, a fine of 17 thousand UAH and a ban on holding executive positions for 3 years. But according to Art. 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Bilenky was released from the real serving of the sentence, appointing a probation for 2 years.
According to a separate episode - the issuance of deliberately false documents - it was released from liability in connection with the expiration of limitation periods.
Wax also arrested from the numerous property of Belenky in Ukraine and Bulgaria, despite the scale of the case. The list includes dozens of real estate, including gas stations, apartments, administrative buildings, car services, land and infrastructure in both Kyiv and Cherkasy regions.
In Bulgaria, Bilenky owns apartments, parking spaces, buildings, commercial real estate and land in Sofia, Provadia and Patty.
The full list of objects includes more than 40 positions related directly or through controlled persons.
