Judges, lawyers and officials: a large -scale scheme of illegal abduction of evasion

The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) together with the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) exposed a criminal network that organized the illegal departure of men of conscript age abroad. The schemes were involved in judges, judicial staff and lawyers who helped to avoid mobilization for considerable money.

About it reports the National Anti -Corruption Bureau, but they do not name the names of the persons involved.

Investigators found that illegal departure abroad was made by fictitious obtaining the status of a single father. The scheme acted in the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky Court of Odessa region, where for $ 3,500 made counterfeit court decisions without real participation of the parties in the process. In total, more than 1040 cases of using this criminal scheme have been recorded.

How did the scheme of illegal departure work

The judges of the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky court of Odessa region and their accomplices issued decisions that confirmed that the man was raising a child on his own. This gave him the right to travel outside Ukraine because the law allows the country to leave the country with single parents.

Fake decisions were made in one court session without the participation of the parties, which greatly simplified the procedure. In order to avoid exposing, the organizers of the scheme created a special "back office" in the premises of the law firm, where they made documents and transferred money.

In addition, the services of the "solution" were openly advertised on social networks, in particular in Tiktok and Telegram, which indicates the scale and boldness of the actions of the attackers.

Who was in the criminal group

During the investigation, NABU and SAP investigators established involvement in the crime of eight people, including:

  • Court Chairman Valentin Pereyukha;
  • Former court chairman (now judge) Alexander Boyarsky;
  • Judge Sergey Savitsky;
  • Deputy Head of the Court of Court Inna Taruta;
  • Assistant judge;
  • Court consultant;
  • Lawyer;
  • Assistant lawyer.

In addition, the suspicion was also declared to three more persons - two assistants of the judges and the mediator who handed over bribes.

The High Council of Justice has already decided to temporarily dismiss the judges of Pereyukh, Boyarsky and Savitsky from the administration of justice. They can soon be released.

The investigation of this case lasted more than a year. The first fact of the bribe of Judge Boyarsky was recorded in January 2024, after which NABU detectives received additional evidence in the summer and autumn of NABU.

Attackers are threatened with criminal liability for the organization of a corruption scheme and forgery of documents, as well as deprivation of the right to occupy public office.
