The judge of the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky City Court of Odesa region was dismissed by Natalia Anisimov because of the refusal to undergo a qualification assessment, which is a mandatory procedure for confirming the professional compliance of the judges.
Anisimova did not appear for the exam in 2024, despite the fact that it was informed of the need for its preparation.
Back in 2018, Anisimova refused to undergo a qualifying exam, and in 2024 again ignored the procedure twice.

In June 2024, the judge explained her failure to be in hospital during the basic leave.

In the fall of 2024, when she was given the third opportunity to pass the exam, she did not appear again, referring to vacation.
However, the check showed that the day before, on and after the exam and after it, Anisimova was in the workplace, which raises doubts about the truth of its explanations.
Natalia Anisimova began her career in the Kirov district court of Donetsk, and in 2016 she was transferred to the Belgorod-Dnestrovsky Court.
In 2017, the SBU informed her suspicion that she had falsified court decisions on behalf of the former judges of the Kirov court for two years.
In particular, counterfeit decisions made changes to the data of the owners of apartments located in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region, which could contribute to the illegal appropriation of real estate.
The judge was also suspected of cooperation with the DNR terrorist organization, which further increased doubts about its integrity.
