The judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal was released through a bribe in the Motor-Sichi case

The scandal around one of the loudest processes in recent years-the affairs of the former head of Motor-Sichi Vyacheslav Boguslaev-received a new turn. The judge of the Kyiv Court of Appeal was officially released after the investigation established his involvement in receiving a bribe for removing the arrest of two aircraft appearing in the case.

According to the investigation, all surgery was organized by another judge - Vyacheslav Dzhubin, who has already lost his mantle. It was he who played the role of "mediator", receiving $ 35 thousand for a "positive" solution. Of this amount, $ 10,000 left it, and another $ 25,000 transferred to three other judges.

The money transfer scheme was so banal that it resembles a bad comedy script. Judge Igor Palenik received his share in the box from under the whiskey. Subsequently, he carefully packed some of these funds in a pack of coffee and handed over to his colleague Yuri plum. Another person involved-Victor Glinyany-received money in general in the advertising brochure of one of the online providers.

According to the sources in law enforcement agencies, all three were aware that the money was transferred for a specific decision - to remove the arrest of two aircraft belonging to the enterprise related to Boguslaev.

Despite the release of the Judge Glynyany, the case is only gaining momentum. Detectives have already collected enough evidence for suspicion of each of the participants in the equipment. However, experts fear that in the absence of public resonance, the case can "bury" - as has already happened to high -ranking officials.

Vyacheslav Boguslaev himself is currently under the investigation on suspicion of treason and cooperation with the Russian Federation. The planes from which the arrest were removed can be part of its assets.
