The judicial investigation of Tetyana Krupa's case revealed another interesting point

Head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) Tetyana Krupa found herself in the spotlight after the sale of the store, which was gifted to her by her nephew in 2017. According to the court documents, the real estate was sold for a significant amount — 18 million hryvnias.

In 2017, the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK Tetyana Krupa, who is suspected of illegal enrichment, received a store worth 204.7 thousand as a gift from her nephew. UAH However, five years later, during a full-scale war, she sold this property for 18 million hryvnias, which is 90 times more than the original cost.

Court materials indicate that Tetyana Krupa received a shop with an area of ​​103.3 square meters. m according to the contract dated January 26, 2017. The value of the store at the time of donation was UAH 204,739. However, in July 2022, she sold it for UAH 18 million, which is equivalent to $615,280.

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SCAC) extended the term of Krupa's arrest until January 26, 2025 and reduced the bail by UAH 20 million — from UAH 300 to UAH 280 million. In addition, Krupa's son voluntarily made a 3 million hryvnia deposit. The investigation of the case will continue until April 5, 2025.
