In the light of recent events, the journalists of the "Schemes" project revealed scandalous details regarding the construction of a villa in Spain, which is connected with the wanted son of the former first deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleh Gladkovsky.
Journalists found out that the Spanish firm Bilderberg Consulting Financiero, which is owned by Gladkovsky's son Mykhailo, in April 2022 purchased a plot of land in the elite settlement of La Zagaleta in the province of Malaga on the southern coast of Spain.
According to the announcements, the price for a plot of similar area with the design of a villa can reach 2.5 million euros. Another 4.5 million euros can be spent on the construction itself.
The satellite images show that construction work is ongoing on the territory - there is a construction crane and the foundation of the future estate. It will probably be a multi-level villa. Journalists, judging by the satellite photo, assume that construction work began in June 2022.
In 2016, Schemy reported that Hladkovsky Sr. has another villa in this province (as well as former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his political associate Ihor Kononenko). The new site is a 15-minute drive from there. And its area is 4,328 square meters, that is, almost half a hectare.
Mykhailo Hladkovskyi is a co-owner of several companies in Ukraine. He became a shareholder of the Spanish Bilderberg Consulting Financiero half a year before the purchase of the land - in December 2021.
Reference: Oleg Gladkovskyi (Svynarchuk until 2014) was one of the main business partners of the fifth president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. He managed the "Bohdan" corporation, in which Poroshenko also had a share. Hladkovskyi held the position of First Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council from 2015 to 2019.
We will remind: on October 17, 2019, NABU detained Oleh Gladkovskyi on suspicion of abuse of office (Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He tried to fly out of Ukraine with his family. The "Bohdan" Corporation stated that Hladkovsky was supposed to fly to the opening of the Bus world 2019 exhibition in Brussels. On October 21, Oleg Hladkovskyi was released from custody after posting bail.
In February-March 2019, the publication "Bihus.info" published an investigation into how people from Poroshenko's entourage oversee embezzlement in the defense sector. According to journalists, the supply of smuggled Russian parts at inflated prices was organized by Hladkovsky's 22-year-old son Ihor. His father allegedly received a "kickback" of $30,000 from this scheme at least once, and all investigative bodies, including NABU, "merged" cases against Gladkovsky for a bribe.
After a high-profile journalistic investigation, NABU opened proceedings "on the fact of the seizure of funds from the state budget of Ukraine and state enterprises."
On December 21, 2020, NABU and SAP informed Ihor Gladkovskiy about the suspicion of receiving a bribe of 950 thousand hryvnias, and on December 28, the case went to court.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, according to the journalists of "Ukrainian Pravda", Oleg Hladkovskyi has left Ukraine several times. The reason for the departures was humanitarian aid.
In April 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court declared Hladkovsky Sr. wanted.
