The next Sunday in Ukraine promises to be hot. According to Ukrhydromet Center, dry and sunny weather will prevail in all regions of the country on July 6, and the air temperature in some areas will reach +33 ° C.
In the daytime, the sky will be clear or low cloudy, without precipitation. It will be the hottest in the southern regions and in Transcarpathia, where the temperature will last at +30… +33 ° C. A little more cool - in the northeast, where the columns of thermometers will show +21… +26 ° C.
The night temperature will fluctuate within +11… +16 ° C, and in the southern regions it will be warmer - up to +20 ° C. Atmospheric pressure will remain stable and the wind will be weak - 3-8 m/s, with variable directions.
The hottest regional centers are Odesa, Kherson, Uzhgorod, Mykolaiv and Simferopol. In these cities, the temperature will reach maxima. Kyiv and central regions will also enter the heat zone - +28… +30 ° C is expected here. In the northern cities, such as Sumy, Chernihiv and Kharkiv, it will be a little fresh.
Meteorologists point out that such weather will persist early next week, but since July 9, in the western and northern regions, a slight decrease in temperature is forecast.
Doctors and rescuers are reminded that it is important to drink a lot of water on hot days, avoid staying in the open sun from 12:00 to 16:00, wear lightweight clothing made of natural fabrics and, if possible, stay in the shadows or premises with the air conditioner.
