Today in Ukraine, changing cloudiness with periodic rains and gusty winds is expected. In a number of regions, a yellow level of danger has been announced due to adverse weather conditions.
Forecasters forecasts, rains will be at night in Transcarpathia and the Carpathian region, and in the afternoon in the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia. At the same time, no precipitation is predicted in the country's territory.

Southeast wind is expected 7-12 m/s. At the same time in Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Kyiv regions, storm gusts up to 15-20 m/s are forecast. Because of this, the State Emergency Service has announced the first (yellow) level of danger.
Residents of these regions are urged to be careful as wind gusts can cause damage to trees, transmission lines and other structures.
At night, the air temperature will range from -1 ° C to +4 ° C, and in the mountainous regions of Transcarpathia and the Carpathian region -from +1 ° C to +6 ° C. In the afternoon, warm weather is expected in Ukraine - from +9 ° C to +14 ° C, in the Carpathians will be cooler - from +5 ° C to +10 ° C.

In Kyiv and the region, March 23, cloudy weather with clearings, without precipitation, but with gusty wind. In the capital at night, the temperature will be +1… +3 ° C, in the daytime - +11… +13 ° C. The air will warm up to +14 ° C.
Due to the expected strong wind gusts in the region, the first (yellow) level of danger is also announced.
