Syrskyi made his first statement as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces

Oleksandr Syrskyi, newly appointed commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), has already made his first statement, in which he expressed important principles and tasks facing the Ukrainian army.

"New tasks are on the agenda for Ukraine. Only constant improvement of the methods of conducting combat operations will make it possible to achieve success," said Sirsky , emphasizing the need for constant development and adaptation of strategies and tactics in connection with changes on the battlefield.

Sirsky drew special attention to the qualification of the personnel, which is crucial for the successful implementation of military tasks.

"It is the qualification of the personnel of the military administration that is decisive for the development and successful implementation of ideas and plans," explained the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

Syrskyi was appointed to the post of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces yesterday, February 8, after Valery Zaluzhny was dismissed from his post.
