Until 8:00 on January 20, 2025, users of the "Diya" mobile application and the Unified State Services Portal may experience temporary inconvenience due to limited access to some services. The reason is planned technical work aimed at improving the functioning of the platform.
This was reported by the press service of "Diya".
As explained by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the work is related to the restoration of the infrastructure of state registers, which is being carried out by the State Enterprise "National Information Systems".
The message notes that "Diya" does not store users' personal data, but only displays it by receiving information from the relevant registries. Therefore, during technical work, services related to these registries will be temporarily unavailable.
What services will become unavailable:
- Registration of individual entrepreneurs (IEO) and the Diya.QR service.
- Employee booking.
- Data from the State Register of Civil Status Acts, in particular:
- birth, marriage, divorce, name change records;
- birth certificates;
- extracts from the child's place of residence.
Social services:
- assistance for children with disabilities or their caregivers;
- assistance with the adoption of a child;
- assistance to single parents for a child;
- winter support for children.
- Subsidy applications.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs urges you to follow updates on the social networks of "Diya" and assures that after the completion of technical work, all services will be restored.
"We are waiting with you for the completion of the registry update. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding," the portal states.
As a reminder, the "Diya" portal has restored several key services after a cyberattack, including grants for business development and support for the unemployed.
