The "Diya" portal has launched a new service for company managers that allows you to cancel reservations for conscripts online. This possibility will help to quickly redistribute deferrals among employees, which is especially relevant when the company reaches the limit of booked persons.
As explained in "Dia", the new service allows you to cancel a reservation for an employee, granting a postponement to another, without unnecessary delays and errors. This can be done through a personal account on the portal, which simplifies the process and reduces bureaucratic difficulties for managers and authorized persons of companies.
To use the service, you need to log in to the portal using the electronic signature of a legal entity, select the "Cancellation of employee reservation" service and submit an application with the necessary data. After that, the application is checked, signed with an electronic signature, and the result will be sent to your e-mail or your personal account within a day.
Please note that you can apply for cancellation only once every 30 days. In addition, if the company loses its criticality status, the employee reservation is canceled automatically.
