In the center of Lviv, on Lesi Ukrainky Street, 19, an unauthorized seizure of a communal land plot and an illegal extension to the premises of the "Dobry Druh" pub were discovered. The owner of the premises is Lviv resident Tetyana Popleta.
According to the Lviv City Council's Urban Planning Department, during the next commission inspection of the State Control Department for Land Use and Protection, it was discovered that the entrepreneur had expanded the premises rented by the pub without any permits.
The inspection materials were sent to law enforcement agencies, and criminal proceedings were opened. In addition, the entrepreneur, together with other co-owners, must register a lease for the land and pay the debt for the use of the communal plot.
The house at 19 Lesia Ukrainka is a monument of local architecture. On the first floor there is a shop "Kvity" and a pub "Dobry drug", on the second floor there is Kraft Boutique Apart-Hotel. Three entrepreneurs operate in the premises - Oksana Pavlyuk, Tetyana Popleta and Dariya Popleta.
The illegal extension was made for the needs of the pub and the maintenance of a non-residential premises with an area of about 0.0046 hectares. The Dobry Drug pub rents premises from the owner of the chain, Ostap Gevak, and the trademark is registered in the name of his wife, Liliya Gevak.
