Singer Pavel Zibrov's daughter Diana lost 20 kg and told how she achieved this

The 28-year-old daughter of singer Pavel Zibrov, Diana, stunned her followers with a dramatic change in weight - according to her, this summer she lost about 20 kg. Diana said that the weight loss began due to stress, and later she consciously revised her diet and activity regimen.

Diana Zibrova confirmed that the total weight loss is about 20 kg. According to her, the first push — weight loss — occurred due to stress in the summer, after which the girl took the process under control: she revised her diet and increased physical activity.

At first it was stress, and then I consciously took up nutrition ,” says Diana. The main principles she followed: more salads and green food, enough protein and healthy fats. To this she added regular swimming and lots of walking, which, she says, became an effective combination for gradual and healthy weight loss.

Diana emphasized that she always accepted her body, regardless of the numbers on the scales, and did not make a drama out of it. At the same time, the changes in her appearance attracted increased attention on social networks, where she is professionally active.

About personal life: Diana has been in a relationship with businessman Andriy Ishchenko for a long time - the couple planned a wedding, but the ceremony was postponed several times: first because of the coronavirus pandemic, then because of a full-scale invasion. According to her, the lovers decided to postpone the magnificent celebration until victory, and now they live together, then separately.

Professionally, Diana works as an SMM and PR specialist for her father. She graduated from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University and initially dreamed of journalism. After the pandemic began, when media staff were being cut, her father suggested that she manage his social networks — that's how her work in media management began. In the comments, the girl mentioned that she takes a certain percentage of advertising integrations and additional payment for directing work when she shoots videos.

The singer's family also has a son from his first marriage, who lives abroad and works in the IT sector. Pavel Zibrov, in turn, often posts photos with his daughter and supports her professional initiatives; according to Diana, the family clearly separates work and personal relationships.

Nutrition experts and trainers note that sustainable weight loss of 20 kg requires a combination of dietary correction, regular physical activity, and psychological support - an approach that, judging by Diana's story, she applied.
