In mid-October 2025, an announcement appeared on classifieds sites about the sale of an elite estate with a swimming pool, sauna, and two houses on a 0.22 hectare plot for $1.1 million ($2,957 per square meter).
Residential building No. 1 (222.1 m²) has two rooms, a garage, a utility block and a basement with a sauna and modern communications, including a solid fuel boiler. House No. 2 (150.4 m²) includes six rooms.
Among the advantages of the complex: an indoor pool of 49 m², a garage for two cars, a carport for four cars with electric charging, a 50 kW generator, solar panels and a well. The advertisement indicates the possibility of purchasing an additional land plot of up to 3 hectares.
At the same time, in previous declarations, the prosecutor did not indicate the expenses for living in such a complex, and the photos show that Petrov does not currently live there.
