Elite Spanish real estate worth tens of millions found in the family of a Servant of the People MP

The family of Rivne MP from the Servant of the People party Yuriy Chaborai continues to actively invest in foreign real estate. In 2024, the deputy's wife Olga became the owner of an apartment and non-residential premises in Spain with a total value of almost 22 million hryvnias.

In March 2024, Olga Chaboray purchased an apartment with an area of 57 sq. m. with a parking space and a storage room for UAH 9.88 million. Already in May, she registered the ownership of a non-residential premises with an area of 74 sq. m., worth UAH 11.9 million.

Yuriy Chaboray himself explains these deals as a "long-term investment" made at the excavation stage in 2020–2021. He included the property in the declaration at the current price, but did not disclose its exact location.

The family received part of the funds for the purchase of Spanish properties from the sale of a Polish apartment with an area of 60 sq. m. In 2024, it was sold for over 6 million UAH, although in the declaration it was listed as worth only 2.9 million UAH.

The financial situation of the Chaborayev family has changed noticeably in recent years:

  • in 2023 - over 4.5 million UAH,

  • in 2024 - already over 8 million UAH.

He receives his main income from Torgbud-Service LLC, which produces concrete solutions. 90% of the company belongs to the deputy himself, another 10% to his father-in-law. In addition, he works as a lawyer at the family-owned construction company Budtech-Prom, and receives remuneration from Inter Resource LLC.

This company, which specializes in sand and gravel extraction, was founded in 2017 by Olga Chaborai. Now its owner is 19-year-old Mykola Khotenko, the son of Olena Khotenko, a deputy from the Servant of the People party.

Olga Chaboray has been in business since 2009, particularly in the restaurant and mobile food business. She also leases real estate to her companies and sells vehicles and other assets.

Her income in 2023 amounted to over 5.5 million UAH, and in 2024 it more than doubled to 11.5 million UAH. At the same time, the official salary in family firms remained minimal.

In the 2024 tax return, the couple also indicated the availability of cash:

  • Yuriy Chaboray declared 10 thousand euros, 50 thousand Polish zlotys, 1 thousand dollars and 100 thousand UAH,

  • his wife had 1 thousand dollars and euros and 4 thousand Polish zlotys.
