An unusual neighbor conflict has erupted in Kyiv's Darnytsia neighborhood, drawing attention on social media. A resident of one of the buildings threatened to call the CCC to her neighbor, who regularly hosts loud parties and does not respond to police calls.
According to the woman, the situation is affecting her little child: "The child is one year old, and her sleep is very sensitive, she wakes up, cries. We talked, begged, but after the conversations it became even louder, to her detriment."
Her post sparked a lively discussion online: some users supported the author, noting that they had faced similar problems, while others accused her of misusing the military structure to resolve a personal conflict. The ethical and legal aspects of such threats were also discussed.
In the comments, people shared their own experiences of dealing with "noisy" neighbors: from collective appeals and recording violations to establishing personal noise control. Among the tips are written warnings on the door, involving the apartment owner, and consulting with the precinct officer.
History shows that there is often no effective and quick way to resolve such conflicts, and residents try to look for alternative ways of influencing.
