Judge of the Odessa OAS lives in an elite residential complex and receives significant cash gifts from his mother

Judge of the Odessa District Administrative Court Lyubov Tokmilova purchased a luxury car BMW X6 xDrive 30d M Sport (2025) worth UAH 4.65 million. In addition, she received a cash gift of UAH 800,000 from her mother, Galina Andrushkova.

According to the declaration, the judge also declared income of UAH 1.72 million from the sale of movable property that previously belonged to Yevhen Arabadzhi. These transactions, carried out on October 9, significantly increased her fortune in one day.

Earlier, in 2022, the judge's mother gave her UAH 2.5 million, which allowed Tokmilova to purchase an apartment in Turkey for UAH 3.6 million. In the same year, Andrushkova purchased a 70 sq m apartment in the elite residential complex "Southern Palmyra" in Arcadia, Odesa. Judge Tokmilova lives in the same complex.

According to journalistic investigations, Galina Andrushkova's income comes from managing the company Argo Development, which was founded in 2011 by four Russian citizens — Mikhail Krengel, Pavel Panov, Kirill Orlov, and Sergey Shames. Such circumstances raise questions about the transparency of the judge's sources of income and the origin of the funds that allow her to acquire luxury assets during the war.
