Volodymyr Nakonechny, appointed head of the Podilskyi District State Administration of Kyiv in May 2025, declared that last year his only source of income was teaching.
According to the declaration data, Nakonechnyi earned UAH 565.7 thousand in 2024. He received all his income from two educational institutions: Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (UAH 514.71 thousand) and the private Kyiv University of Culture (almost UAH 51 thousand).
The official keeps all his savings in cash: 210 thousand UAH, 11 thousand dollars, and 7 thousand euros.
Nakonechny officially does not have his own home. The declaration states that as of April 2025, he lived in a service apartment with an area of 52.4 sq. m., which belongs to the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. He is registered in an apartment of the same area, registered to Valentina Sabinska.
There is no transport or valuable movable property in the declaration.
Volodymyr Nakonechnyi was appointed head of the Podil Regional State Administration by presidential decree dated May 26, 2025. His biography has not yet been published on the administration's website. On social networks, he notes that he is a candidate of historical sciences, an international historian, and a public and political figure.
