Secretary of the Obukhiv City Council Larysa Ilienko became the owner of several elite real estate properties in one day - May 30, 2023. Among them is a house with an area of 493.3 sq. m worth over 13 million UAH, a plot of 750 sq. m for over 6.3 million UAH, as well as two smaller plots - 550 sq. m for 6.5 thousand UAH and 281 sq. m for 18 thousand UAH. The official did not indicate the source of the property.
In addition, Ilyenko has a country estate in Koncha-Zaspa, purchased in September 2022 from former "regional" Anatoly Tolstoukhov for cash - $ 600 thousand. In 2022, the official also became the owner of a luxury Mercedes-Benz GLS400 (2019) worth 2 million UAH, the source of which is not specified, while in the previous declaration the car was estimated at 1.4 million UAH.
In 2022, Ilienko did not declare any income. In 2023, she received almost UAH 5.2 million as a gift from Tatyana Men. All of the secretary's savings are kept in cash - $500,000 and €270,000, despite the fact that the official's official salary was only UAH 481,000.
In July, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) revealed large-scale violations in Ilienko's declaration. According to the results of the inspection, the official could have provided inaccurate information for more than 32 million UAH and illegally enriched herself by another 13 million UAH. The total amount of discrepancies in the declaration exceeds 45 million UAH. Despite this, Ilienko still continues to hold the position of secretary of the Obukhiv City Council.
