The municipal enterprise "Kyivavtoshlyakhmist" is preparing for large-scale emergency repairs of the right-bank overpasses of the Southern Bridge in Kyiv. According to the electronic public procurement system Prozorro, the expected cost of the work is 54.84 million hryvnias. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2026.
As follows from the tender documentation, the repair will cover the reinforced concrete slabs of the span structures of the overpasses "B" (from the side of the Paton Bridge) and "N" (from the side of the Korchuvate village) of the Southern Bridge Crossing over the Dnieper.
Two companies participated in the auction for the work. The most favorable offer — 54.34 million hryvnias — was submitted by Zhytlospetsbud-Invest LLC (EDRPOU code 41831239). Currently, the procedure is at the stage of qualifying the winner.
The Southern Bridge, put into operation in 1990, is one of the key transport hubs of the capital. Its condition regularly causes concern among experts due to the deterioration of the structures and the increasing load. The planned repairs should reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the bridge crossing.
