The prosecutor's family was found to have real estate in Khmelnytskyi, Lviv, and Uman, as well as savings of almost half a million.

The anti-fraud project "190" has published data on the property status of Pavlo Burlaka, a prosecutor of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Defense of the Western Region. For 18 years, Burlaka has been using official housing, which he received from the Ministry of Defense in 2007 - an apartment with an area of 82 sq. m in the city of Khmelnytskyi, where the prosecutor is still registered and has the right to use it.

In 2016, Pavlo Burlaka acquired a joint ownership of half of an apartment in Uman (66.1 sq. m). In the declaration, this share is estimated at a little more than 90 thousand UAH. The co-owner of this apartment is his brother Oleksandr Burlaka, who works as a prosecutor at the Uman District Prosecutor's Office of the Cherkasy region; the project also notes that over the years, Oleksandr, according to their data, hid and understated the value of his property. Recently, it became known that Oleksandr Burlaka is planning to be dismissed due to his refusal to confirm his disability.

Since 2014, Pavlo Burlaka has been using his mother Valentyna Burlaka's apartment - housing in Lviv with an area of 69.60 sq. m, declared at a value of 550 thousand UAH. The prosecutor's brother also uses an apartment in Uman with an area of 55.8 sq. m, which also belongs to their mother. Valentyna Burlaka works as a lawyer in Uman (certificate number of the right to practice law No. 426 dated 20.06.2011), and provides real estate to her sons for free use.

Pavel Burlaka's wife, Tetyana, has a share of an apartment (44.50 sq. m.) in Khmelnytskyi in joint ownership; the co-owners of this property are her relatives. Tetyana works in the same Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Defense of the Western Region as a chief specialist in the documentary support department.

Regarding transport, the declaration states that Pavlo himself does not have a car. In 2021, his wife purchased a 2014 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN for UAH 270,000; The approximate market value of such a model is about UAH 600,000.

Last year, the declaration indicated Pavlo Burlaka's income - 1.1 million UAH of prosecutor's salary. His wife received 24 thousand UAH of salary, 34 thousand UAH of pension and 19 thousand UAH of social benefits. The couple's cash savings, according to the project, are: Pavlo's - $4 thousand and 70 thousand UAH, in bank accounts - 92 thousand UAH; Tetyana's - $1 thousand in cash and 111 thousand UAH in accounts. The total amount of the couple's savings is estimated at almost half a million UAH.
