Maksym Oleksandrovych Livochka, the son of a former prosecutor, worked at the Kyiv prosecutor's office until September 2017, after which he submitted a resignation and abruptly changed his career, becoming a lawyer. He is currently a candidate for the position of judge of a local court.
Livochka's family — his wife Inna Igorevna and two sons, Ivan and Artem — are registered and live in Kyiv. According to the candidate's declaration, Livochka owns four real estate properties:
-
Apartment in Kyiv, 21 m² (2021) — cost 1.05 million UAH, belongs to Livochka.
-
Apartment in Kyiv, 27.9 m² (2020) — cost 990 thousand UAH, belongs to his wife.
-
Apartment in Donetsk, 26.4 m² (2004) — 50% owned by his wife and 50% by Nadiya Bakun, cost 5 UAH.
-
Apartment in Kyiv, 91.8 m² (2016) — property of grandfather Vasyl Livochka, the family has the right of use, cost 939 thousand UAH.
The family only has one car — his wife's Honda CR-V (2013), valued at UAH 350,000.
According to official data, Maksym Livochka's salary was UAH 338,000 from Kyivteploenergo, while his wife received UAH 10,300 as an IDP. This raises suspicions of concealing property and expenses from the NACP.
Interestingly, none of Livochka's previous declarations mentioned housing in Kyiv. Similar to the situation with her father, this may indicate attempts to hide her assets.
