The rocket strike on the rear landfill, which took place on March 1, 2025, became an important topic for discussion among Ukrainian military experts and the public. Only on March 3, an application from Alexei Drapat, concerning this incident, was published. However, the questions that have arisen after the tragedies, including answers to persons abroad, remain open, which leave additional doubts about the real motives and interests of some high -ranking officials in military leadership.
“We, by the way, see such a unique situation. Syrsky was silent as a fish on ice. In their traditions. He, by the way, always ignores the connection with society, ”says military expert Oleg Zhdanov.
The first among the military command confirmed the tragedy data. But it happened after the statement of the People's Deputy Bezugar, journalist Butusov and blogger Sternenko - on the third day after the tragedy. And after all, the statement of Syrsky appeared.
The tragedies at the Novomoskovsky landfill are not the first. In 2023, during the posting of the military in Zaporozhye, the enemy struck a rocket strike, which killed 19 soldiers of the 128th Separate Mining and Assault Transcarpathian Brigade. And then, and now for some reason, the general names of the generals do not sound, paying attention to Zhdanov.
“The thing is that you know, as the former prosecutor of Ukraine said, that the main thing is not to go out for itself. The fact is that you know that Sirsky is very fond of creating personnel. Very. And we are constantly talking about it, well, get away, you cannot waste the Soviet Union from the general. You can transport the general to another job.
How many conversations about cleaning of senior military leadership. With new officers, with new approaches, with a new understanding of the methods of managing troops. And this is not. Therefore, by the way, Syrsky there and intervened precisely so that the names and the rest were not sounded, ”the expert added.
On March 1, the Russians declared a blow of the Iskander-M rocket on a military training ground in Dnipropetrovsk region. The blow allegedly brought the drone "Orlan" simply during the posting of fighters.
According to various sources, dozens of people could die and hundreds of injuries. According to journalist Yuri Butusov, about 130 dead and wounded.
On March 3, the Armed Forces Army and their commander Michael Dropaty eventually confirmed a blow to the landfill, which led to the death of the Ukrainian military. At the same time, these official reports do not specify either the death toll or the name or region of the landfill, nor the reasons for the military at alarm.
Later, the State Bureau of Investigation stated that they had opened a criminal case "on the death and injury of Ukrainian servicemen as a result of a Russian rocket strike on a landfill in Dnipropetrovsk."
