A tragic event in Odesa: the body of businessman Hennadiy Beibutyan was found

A tragedy occurred in the center of Odessa, which attracted the attention of both local residents and the media. A wrecked Tesla was found on the side of the road, next to which was found the body of Hennadiy Beibutyan, a well-known businessman and head of one of the organizations of "volunteer assistants" of the police.

According to media reports, Beibutyan's body with gunshot wounds was found between Chervony Khutor and the village of Tairove, which is approximately 12 kilometers from Odessa. The police are looking for those involved in the murder.

According to the Odesa public, Beibutyan was the owner of a car sales and service business, the head of the Laguna summer cottage cooperative and the public formation "Law enforcement assistance unit".

"This is the same unit that, together with the TCC, conducts raids and "busifies" men," the public write.

"Strana" already talked about the activities of similar formations. In addition to the direct "busification" of men by force, "voluntary formations" perform the functions of intermediaries in the transfer of bribes to employees of the TCC and SP. Also, there is a constant struggle between PSPOs for financial flows and spheres of influence, which often leads to showdowns.
