A 49-year-old man died in the city of Buchach in the Ternopil Region after a few days of stay in the TCC. He had epilepsy, and his body was bruised and bruised.

The death of the man was reported by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Western region on March 1.
They said that on February 25, he arrived at the TCC to verify military registration documents and pass a military medical commission. However, due to alleged alcohol intoxication, he did not pass the medical examination.
According to the prosecutors, the man spent two days on the territory of the TCC. On February 27, he began to have convulsions - he fell to the ground and hit his head.
"Medics confirmed death, the cause of which was a craniocerebral injury," the department said. "The body of the deceased was sent for a forensic medical examination."
The special prosecutor's office also announced that they will investigate the actions of TCC employees due to possible abuse of official powers.
Sanctions under this article include 8 to 12 years of imprisonment.

In the Ternopil regional TCC SP, they said that on February 27, the deceased suddenly became ill. The man began to have convulsions, he fell to the ground on the territory of the Chortkiv District Military Committee.
Employees of the TCC provided him with first aid and called an ambulance.
Then he was taken to the Buchatka City Hospital with a preliminary diagnosis of amnesiac epilepsy. Already on February 29, the man died in the hospital. Previous diagnosis — epilepsy, seizure syndrome.
The TCC also stated that an investigation is being conducted into this fact.
Subsequently, the head of the National Police of the region, Serhiy Zyubanenko, reported the details of the case.
According to him, the medical examiner performed an autopsy on the body of the deceased and established that the man probably fell during an epileptic attack. This led to such injuries.
What is known about the deceased
According to Suspilne, the deceased turned out to be Ihor Meiher, who lived in the village of Medvedivtsi of the Tribukhiv community.
"He was a good person, calm, friendly, benevolent. He didn't work, but whoever asked him, he helped," said the head of the village, Galina Babii.
She added that the husband was served with a summons two years ago. He passed the medical board, but was turned away due to epilepsy.
"I don't know how he got to the TCC," wonders the village headman.
Because of the death of Ihor Meyher, people came to the Buchachka City Council on February 29, the head of the city council Vitaliy Freyak said. According to him, they demanded an investigation into the man's death.
"We are interested in the police finding out, if people are guilty, they should be held accountable," the official told Suspilno.
The police, in turn, assured that the case will be handed over to the State Bureau of Investigation. The Ternopil Specialized Prosecutor's Office also initiated criminal proceedings.
