In Yulia Tymoshenko's BYU, a citizen of Russia and Kazakhstan received the mandate of a deputy of the district council

According to the documents available to the editors, in 2003 Anastasia Orlova, a deputy of the Obukhiv District Council of Kyiv Region from the political party of Yulia Tymoshenko, as a citizen of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, applied for a Ukrainian passport. At the same time, the Sumy Regional State Police Service denied the fact that the document was issued to her.

According to the available reference, Orlova repeatedly changed her surname for the purpose of conspiracy, and the SBU identified her as Smorkalova, a citizen of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, born in 1977, a resident of the military town of Georgievka - 4, Zharminsky District, Semipalatinsk Oblast.

Trying to get a passport in Ukraine, she applied to the State Department of Internal Affairs of the Sumy region in October 2013. According to this statement, she was allegedly provided with a passport of a citizen of Ukraine by the Konotopsky District of the UMVS in the Sumy region.

At the same time, in response to a request to confirm this information, the Sumy regional police department reported the following:

"Citizens of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan Smorkalova (Nereta, Orlovia) Anastasia Yuriivna, born on May 27, 1977, the passport of a citizen of Ukraine on April 4, 2003 was not issued by the Konotopsky District of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sumy region."

In addition, in the decrees of the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan published in open access, there is no data on the exit of Smorkalova (Nereta, Orlova) Anastasia Yuryivna from the citizenship of the above-mentioned countries.

Accordingly, a person with a Russian passport is a deputy of "Batodnochasno" and at the same time is authorized to perform the functions of local self-government at the level of the Obukhiv District Council of the Kyiv Region.

Orlova, a Russian citizen, currently also runs a fuel business in Ukraine .

And through the company controlled by it, "Sofia Oil" sells fuel and lubricants without a license .

At the same time, all companies with Russian beneficiaries are subject to a ban on economic activity in Ukraine based on decisions of the NSDC. All contractors who buy fuel from "Sofia Oil" LLC are also subject to the introduction of sanctions by the National Security Council.
